Inspecting the Palmerah Polri Nutrition Service Unit, Kapolda Metro Jaya Declares Operational Readiness at 99,9 Percent

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri, inspected the Polri Nutrition Service Unit (SPPG) of the West Jakarta Metro Polres located at the Palmerah Polsek Station on Friday, (10/24). Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ wanted to ensure the SPPG’s readiness to provide optimal nutrition services to the community.
During the inspection, Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ directly inspected various supporting facilities and infrastructure at the SPPG, including the main facilities, including the kitchen sterilization area, the availability of clean water management, and the readiness of the cooks who will manage nutritional needs.
“Based on my direct inspection, i declare the Palmerah Polri Nutrition Service Unit (SPPG) 99,9 percent ready for operation,” said Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ in a statement to the media on Friday, (10/24).
“With the operation of the Palmerah Polri SPPG, i also hope that nutritional services will be optimal and the benefits will be directly felt by the community,” he added.
He also stated, that the main goal of the Polri SPPG program is to improve the nutritional status of children. It also aims to prevent malnutrition, improve their quality of life, and support their growth and development.
Furthermore, the SPPG program is part of the Polri’s efforts to support the nation’s noble ideals as embodied in “Asta Cita.” It also represents a concrete contribution to the Polri’s efforts towards achieving Indonesia Emas 2045.
Furthermore, Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ also stated that there are currently 30 SPPGs within the Polda Metro Jaya. Of these, one is fully operational in Cengkareng. Another 14 are ready for inauguration, including the West Jakarta Metropolitan Polres Polri SPPG, which he recently visited. The remaining 15 SPPGs are currently in the preparation stage for the groundbreaking ceremony. (Bembo)
