progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA — Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri, inspected several security posts (Pospam) and monitored the 2025 Christmas services in the Jakarta area on Thursday, December 25, 2025. This activity was carried out by Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ to ensure optimal security and services to the public during Operation Candlelight 2025.

During this inspection, Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ checked the readiness of personnel, facilities and infrastructure, and security patterns at strategic points. He wanted to ensure that all personnel were ready to provide a sense of security and comfort for the public celebrating Christmas and those going about their activities during the holiday period.

The locations visited by Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ included the Melawai Security Post in South Jakarta, and then the Christmas service at St. John the Evangelist Church in Kebayoran Baru District. Checks were also conducted at the Pesanggrahan Security Post (Pospam) in South Jakarta and the Kota Lama Security Post (Pospam) in Tamansari, West Jakarta.
