President Prabowo Subianto awarded the Satyalancana Wira Karya honorary medal to 8 Kapolda, 1 Wakapolda, and 9 Kapolres.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – President Prabowo Subianto presented the Bintang Jasa and Satyalancana Wira Karya medals of honor to the Polri and several community leaders. Of the dozens of recipients of the two honors, 8 Kapolda, 1 Wakapolda, and 9 Kapolres received the Satyalancana Wira Karya medal of honor.

The two honors were presented by President Prabowo Subianto during the inauguration and groundbreaking of 1.179 Free Nutritional Meal Service Units (SPMBG) and the inauguration of 18 Polri food security warehouses on Friday, February 13, 2026.

The two honors were presented as a form of state appreciation for the significant service, dedication, and tangible contributions to strengthening the implementation of the National Police’s Free Nutritional Meal Service Units (MBG), maintaining the smooth supply chain of the Polri’s SPPG, and supporting national policies in the areas of nutrition, food security, and public services.

The awarding of these two honors was established through Presidential Decree No. 12 of 2026 concerning the Award of the Bintang Jasa Award and Presidential Decree No. 13 of 2026 concerning the Award of the Satyalancana Wira Karya Award, which were signed in Jakarta today, February 13, 2026.

In his speech, President Prabowo also expressed his delight at the Polri’s initiative to establish SPPGs. He expressed satisfaction that the National Police had truly supported the MBG program and neglected its primary duties.

“Today, i am truly happy. I feel elated. I feel satisfied because i see that one of the most important institutions for our state and nation, the Polri, has taken the initiative. Perhaps in a seemingly insignificant area, but it has not forgotten its primary duties. The leadership of the Polri has identified a crucial issue for the safety of the nation,” said President Prabowo.

2. Irjen Pol Ribut Hari Wibowo (Kapolda of the Central Java).
