Sub-directorate III (Corruption Crimes) of the Polda Metro Jaya’s Special Criminal Investigation Directorate searched nine locations linked to an alleged corruption case involving a construction equipment project between PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) and PT Green Line Indonesia for PT Agro Wahana Bumi.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Investigators from Sub-directorate III (Corruption Crimes) of the Polda Metro Jaya’s Special Criminal Investigation Directorate searched nine locations across Jakarta, South Tangerang, and Bogor on Thursday, September 17, 2026. These locations included the office of PT Agro Wahana Bumi in Bogor, the virtual office of PT Green Line Indonesia in South Jakarta, and various sites in West Jakarta, East Jakarta, South Jakarta, and South Tangerang.

The searches were conducted as part of an investigation into alleged corruption involving a construction equipment project undertaken by PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkominfra) and PT Green Line Indonesia for PT Agro Wahana Bumi during the 2018–2019 period.

The Director of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Victor Dean Mackbon stated, that the searches targeted locations deemed relevant to the case investigation.

“Searches were carried out at nine locations to locate and secure documents and other items related to the case,” Kombes Pol Victor said in his statement on Friday, September 18, 2026.

During the searches, investigators discovered various items, including contract documents, receipts, checks, business bankbooks, vehicle registration documents (for both two- and four-wheeled vehicles), and other records. All findings will be examined to determine their relevance to the ongoing investigation.

Investigators have also named six individuals as suspects: MSS, DAA, JW, PNS, AS, and MDR. Four of the suspects are affiliated with PT Telkominfra, while the remaining two represent PT Green Line Indonesia and PT Agro Wahana Bumi, respectively.

Based on calculations by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the case is estimated to have caused state financial losses amounting to Rp37,35 billion. Investigators are also conducting asset tracing as part of efforts to maximize the recovery of state losses.

The Head of Public Relations for the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto, also provided additional comments. He stated, that the investigation is being conducted professionally and in accordance with procedure, while upholding the presumption of innocence.

“Every document and item discovered will be thoroughly examined in light of the evidence. Updates on the handling of the case will be communicated to the public transparently, in line with the stages of the investigation,” he explained. (Bembo)
