
The Polri Professional Recovery Development program was held by the Propam Sector of the Polda Metro Jaya in the Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of the Evidence Sub-Directorate Building, Directorate of Tahti, Polda Metro Jaya, Tuesday, (18/11).
progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Polda Metro Jaya Propam Sector held another Professional Recovery Training event in the 2nd-floor Meeting Room of the Evidence Sub-Directorate Building, Directorate of Tahti, on Tuesday, (18/11). This event is part of the Polri’s ongoing efforts to provide guidance to its members undergoing professional recovery.
The event leader, AKP Donny Widianto, Head of Standardization for the Sub-Division of Professional and Religious Affairs, Polda Metro Jaya Propam Sector stated in his remarks that, this training event is part of the moral, mental, and professional development process for members undergoing professional recovery.
“This training is not a form of punishment. It is an opportunity for members to improve themselves, increase their discipline, and return to carrying out their duties with integrity and full dedication to the institution,” said AKP Donny Widianto.
Through this activity, He continued,
participants will also gain an understanding of the importance of upholding ethical values, discipline, and professional responsibility in carrying out their duties as members of the Polri. They will also learn the importance of a humane attitude, adherence to regulations, and a commitment to always maintaining a positive image of the Polri in the eyes of the public.
“Through this Polri Professional Recovery Development program, the Propam Sector of the Polda Metro Jaya hopes to create Polri members who are more disciplined, professional, and have integrity, and are ready to return to serving the community. Of course, they will also carry the spirit of Precision in every aspect of their duties,” he added.
Also present at this development activity were AKP Arief Wicaksana, AKP Lukas Pardamean E. Marbun, AKP Suhendar, Iptu R.R. Erny Satyowati, Iptu Oscar Dachi, Brigadier Anggi Hermansyah, and Bripda Juan Samuel, members of the implementation team. (Bembo)
