progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Subang Polres Traffic Unit is actively promoting a public service innovation, the ‘Polantas Menyapa’ program. Through this program, traffic officers strive to provide more humane, fast, and transparent services to the public.
This program demonstrates the Subang Polres Traffic Unit’s commitment to providing excellent service not only in the areas of regulation and law enforcement, but also in the registration and identification of drivers (SIM) and motor vehicle or ranmor administration processes. Furthermore, digitalization and modern service systems have long been implemented, making all administrative services more efficient and accountable.
Each officer is also equipped with the principles of smiling, greeting, and the spirit of Precision service, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and friendly experience for the public.
In his statement, the Head of the Subang Polres Traffic Unit, AKP Asep Saepudin explained, that the “Polantas Menyapa” program demonstrates the Polri’s commitment to realizing modern and safe traffic services, leading to the Astacita Indonesia (Indonesia’s Astacita).
“As Traffic Police, we are the Polri’s vanguard in serving the public. We are the face of the Polri’s Precision service. Therefore, it is our obligation to always be close to the community and serve them humanely and wholeheartedly. This includes providing education to educate the public,” said AKP Asep.
This initiative has also received appreciation from various community groups. According to information provided by progresifjaya.id in Subang, Abdul Rohim, a resident of Cikandu Village, Cijambe District, Subang Regency, expressed satisfaction with the fast and friendly service at the Subang Polres Samsat.
“The officers greeted him with smiles and provided friendly assistance. The process was also fast. It only took a little over an hour to be called to pick up the STNK (vehicle registration certificate) with the new tax,” he said.
“I used to have to wait a long time, but now the service is much better,” he added.
Mukhsin, a resident of Jayamukti Village, Blanakan District, Subang Regency, echoed this sentiment while processing his driver’s license application at the Subang Satpas. He assessed that the service provided by the Satpas officers is now commendable and worthy of appreciation.
“Thank God, the service is good and fast. Everything went according to procedure and was comfortable. I think the process of getting my new driver’s license was on time. It only took two hours to complete the process and receive my new driver’s license,” he said.
It must be acknowledged that the implementation of digital systems and precision-based services, combined with the ‘Polantas Menyapa’ program, has undoubtedly made it easier and more satisfying for all levels of Subang residents to access traffic services.
