Acting Head of the Tangerang City Metro Polres Sat Samapta, Kompol Ubaidillah, distributes toll-free 110 Call Center stickers to Tanah Tinggi residents during a Jaga Jakarta dialogue patrol.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Tangerang City Metro Polres demonstrated its strong commitment to supporting the Jaga Jakarta Program initiated by the Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri. On Sunday afternoon, November 23, 2025, this strong commitment was demonstrated through a dialogic patrol in a densely populated residential area in Tanah Tinggi Village, Tangerang District, Tangerang City.

This activity was led by the Acting Head of the Tangerang City Metro Polres’s Community Security Unit (Sat Samapta), Kompol Ubaidillah. Accompanying him were two highly dedicated Samapta Unit personnel, Aiptu Aris Mardiono and Brigpol Iqballudin Afriyana. They walked through the alleys and residential areas with a humane attitude, greeting and opening up two-way communication with the community.

“This activity is a form of our preemptive action to minimize the potential for public order and security disturbances that frequently occur in urban areas. In its implementation, we also uphold the four philosophical pillars of the Jaga Jakarta Program, protecting citizens, protecting the environment, protecting the rules, and protecting the trust,” said Kompol Ubaidillah, Monday, (24/12).

Protecting citizens as Kompol Ubaidillah refers to, is an effort to ensure the safety and comfort of citizens as a top priority. Furthermore, protecting the environment is intended to encourage citizens to actively participate in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the physical environment.

Furthermore, there is the philosophy of maintaining the rules. This philosophy aims to discipline citizens to always comply with applicable regulations and legal norms. And the final philosophy, maintaining the trust, is the self-awareness of Polri personnel to carry out their duties with full responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.

“We come to the community not only to demonstrate the police presence, but also to ensure that the community feels heard and protected. A harmonious relationship between the police and residents is the key to creating lasting security. This is the narrative of our educational communication in carrying out dialogic patrols with the community,” he added.

During this activity, Kompol Ubaidillah, along with two accompanying personnel from the Sat Samapta also distributed stickers for the Police Friend the Jaga Jakarta Call Center 110. They went door-to-door to promote this toll-free Polri call center service.

At the same time, they also provided education that Call Center 110 is the fastest and easiest way to report or request immediate assistance in the event of a disturbance to public order and security (Kamtibmas) or in other emergency situations. Residents were also encouraged to play an active role as the eyes and ears of the police in maintaining Kamtibmas.

“As police officers, we are obligated to serve the public optimally and optimally. However, we must also have a strong sense of crisis to protect the public by optimizing our preventive functions in accordance with applicable guidelines, technical guidelines, and standard operating procedures. However, prevention is the best effort before a crime occurs. This is also our educational material,” he further emphasized.

Separately, Kapolres Metro Tangerang City, Kombes Pol Raden Muhammad Jauhari, applauded and expressed his appreciation for the dialogical patrol activities carried out by the Tangerang City Metro Polres’s Samapta. He also expressed his pleasure that the activity also included the promotion of the 110 Call Center service.

“I appreciate the hard work of personnel in the field in promoting the toll-free 110 Call Center. It is the easiest and fastest accessible route for the public to communicate with the police,” said the three-star officer from the Wicaksana Laghawa Battalion, Akpol 2002.

“This must continue to be promoted. And i guarantee that every report received will be followed up immediately to ensure that any disturbances to public order and security are resolved promptly and expeditiously.
