progresifjaya.co.id, BANDUNG – The Polda of the West Java Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) has launched the 110 Homecoming Hotline to facilitate direct communication with the police during travel.

The 110 Homecoming Hotline is expected to provide fast, responsive service and real-time police information to the public and travelers within the Polda of the West Java jurisdiction.

The Dirlantas Polda of the West Java, Kombes Pol Raydian Kokrosono, stated in an official statement, that the 110 Homecoming Hotline is an innovative communication service specifically designed to facilitate access to important information during the homecoming period.

This service also allows travelers to receive updates on the latest traffic conditions, the locations of security posts, service posts, and additional facilities such as mobile repair shops and mobile fuel at several strategic locations.

In addition, the public can chat directly with operators on call 24 hours and request emergency assistance at any time through the 110 call center.

“Travelers can join through the link and barcode provided. When passing through the Polda of the West Java jurisdiction, they will immediately receive various services and information related to their homecoming,” explained Kombes Pol Raydian on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

He stated, that the Polda of the West Java Homecoming Hotline also demonstrates the police’s commitment to providing humane and prompt service to the public during the Eid homecoming period. Therefore, he encouraged all residents and travelers to utilize this service to ensure a safe, orderly, and smooth journey.

“With the spirit of ‘Sauyunan Jaga Lembur,’ or togetherness in maintaining regional security, we hope that all police officers and the public can work together to create a conducive traffic situation during the homecoming period,” Kombes Pol Raydian said.

Through this service, he continued,
the public can submit various information such as traffic conditions, accident reports, traffic jams, complaints, and requests for emergency assistance. This service is also expected to strengthen police presence in the community, thereby realizing the tagline “Safe Homecoming, Happy Family.” (Bembo)
