Lemhannas Closes P3N Batch XXVII of 2026, Brigjen Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi the Top Graduate in Academics

Brigjen Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi received the award for the best academic participant in the National Leadership Strengthening Education (P3N) Batch XXVII of 2026 at Lemhanas.
progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Lemhannas RI has closed the National Leadership Strengthening Program (P3N) Batch XXVII of 2026. A total of 85 participants from the TNI, the Polri, ministries, community organizations, and universities were officially inaugurated as alumni. The closing ceremony was held on the 1st floor of the Pancagatra Building, Lemhannas RI, Gambir, Central Jakarta, on Thursday, June 4, 2026.
The Governor of Lemhannas RI, Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, stated that the P3N training lasted three and a half months. Participants were equipped with materials on national leadership, national insight, and strategic studies in facing global dynamics.
“Today, Lemhannas RI is holding the closing ceremony of the National Leadership Strengthening Program (P3N) Batch XXVII of 2026. This training lasted three and a half months and was attended by 85 participants,” said Ace Hasan.
He stated, that Lemhannas aims to produce national leaders with statesmanlike character, a patriotic spirit, and the ability to think strategically, comprehensively, and holistically. National leaders must also be able to adapt to global geopolitical and geoeconomic situations that impact Indonesia.
Aceh explained that participants are trained in the values of the four national consensuses: Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). They also receive strengthening in national resilience, national vigilance, and strategic studies at the global, regional, and national levels.
“Hopefully, upon returning to their respective institutions, the alumni will be well-equipped to make policy decisions. They are also expected to have a more visionary perspective for this nation,” he said.
Dr. H. TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily also emphasized, that integrity is one of the key points emphasized in P3N education. Participants receive strengthening in anti-corruption and public communication to become national leaders with integrity and a close relationship with the people.
At the closing ceremony, Lemhannas also presented two awards to the best participants. The academic award went to Brigjen Pol Ade Ary Syam Indradi, while the Individual Working Paper (KKP) award went to First Admiral
Ignatius Bayu.
