71st Anniversary of the Bhayangkara Traffic Corps.

progresifjaya.co.id, PANGANDARAN – To commemorate the 71st anniversary of Bhayangkara Traffic (Lalu Lintas Bhayangkara) on September 22, 2026, the Pangandaran Polres Traffic Unit (Satlantas) organized various social activities and an exhibition at Pamprokan Square.

At the traffic exhibition held at Pamprokan Square, visitors had the opportunity to view traffic police operational equipment up close and even board official police vehicles.

A blood drive was also conducted as a gesture of social and health-related care for the community.

Additionally, a pilgrimage to the heroes’ cemetery took place. This visit and the flower-laying ceremony at the Pangandaran Heroes’ Cemetery served as a tribute to those who came before.

The commemoration of the 71st Bhayangkara Traffic Anniversary on September 22, 2026, adopted the theme “Precision Traffic Police Serving the Nation” (Polantas Presisi Mengabdi untuk Negeri).

Polda of West Java Traffic Director, Kombes Pol Raydian Krokoseno, stated, that—in line with the Jaga Rawat Jawa Barat or Jawara slogan—he hopes the Pangandaran Polres Traffic Unit can realize modern, safe, and sustainable traffic conditions to support an advanced Indonesia during this anniversary celebration.

“We have undertaken various efforts to make traffic in West Java ‘Jawara’ [top-tier/exemplary]. These range from strengthening E-TLE systems and integrating CCTV across West Java’s jurisdiction, providing a human-centric service approach and educating all segments of society on traffic discipline, to the continuous management of traffic ‘trouble spots’ and ‘black spots’,” said Kombes Pol Raydian Krokoseno on Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

“We have also launched the ‘Jawara Lalu Lintas’ and ‘E-Ramp Check Lodaya’ applications. All of this aims to ensure traffic in West Java truly becomes exemplary—including in Pangandaran,” he added.

Furthermore, he continues to emphasize the importance of enhancing cross-sector collaboration and public participation to ensure traffic conditions in West Java are truly top-tier. Public awareness regarding traffic discipline is growing, helping to make West Java safer, more comfortable, and exceptional.

“Happy 71st Anniversary to the Bhayangkara Traffic Corps. May all traffic personnel remain under the protection of Allah SWT. And may every step of our service become an act of worship that brings benefits to the community, the nation, and the state. Amen,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Pangandaran Polres Traffic Unit, AKP Firman Hidayat Pinim added, that obtaining a driver’s license (SIM) in Pangandaran has become easier during this period. The ‘SIM Online’ application greatly assists residents wishing to obtain a license, as registration can be done online without long queues. Exam schedules are also flexible, accommodating the applicants’ availability.

“On the occasion of the 71st Anniversary of the Bhayangkara Traffic Corps, i can guarantee that the entire driver’s license application process is easy, fast, and free from illegal levies.
