The initiative aims to raise awareness among bus crews regarding the importance of traffic safety and compliance. Thursday, October 29, 2026.

The session was led by the Head of the Traffic Safety Unit (Kanit Kamsel) of the Polres Majalengka, Ipda Haris Giri Sampan, alongside other traffic unit personnel. During the event, officers provided education on the importance of conducting independent vehicle roadworthiness checks (ramp checks) before operation, adhering to traffic signs and signals, and avoiding reckless driving behavior that could endanger passengers and other road users.

The Head of the Polres Majalengka Traffic Unit, AKP Pandu Renata Surya stated, that this activity serves as a preventive measure to improve discipline among public transport crews and reduce the potential for traffic accidents.

He expressed his hope that bus drivers will consistently ensure their vehicles are roadworthy, comply with traffic regulations, and prioritize passenger safety during every trip.
