Evidence of 102,22 grams of sabu and 7,72 grams of marijuana obtained from MY’s dealer during his arrest by Sub-Directorate 1 of the Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – A drug dealer with the initials MY (36) who was storing 102,22 grams of methamphetamine (sabu) and 7,72 grams of marijuana was arrested by the Sub-Directorate 1 team of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate (Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya). MY was arrested in a rented house in the Kebon Jeruk area, West Jakarta, on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:02 PM WIB.

MY’s arrest was made possible thanks to information from residents regarding alleged drug abuse.

In his statement, Iptu Akhmad Huda, Head of Unit 1 of Sub-Directorate 1 of the Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya stated, that the two types of drug evidence were obtained from two different locations in the rented house where MY lived.

“The evidence consists of a package of sabu weighing 102,22 grams, hidden by the perpetrator, MY, in a closet among a pile of clothes. Meanwhile, a package of marijuana weighing 7,72 grams was found at the back of the house,” said Iptu Akhmad Huda on Friday, April 24, 2026.

MY is currently being held in a holding cell at the Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya for further questioning. He is likely to be charged under Articles 111, 112, and 114 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
