The suspect, identified as MS, was arrested by the Unit 1 Team, Sub-Directorate 3 Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta. Evidence of sabu weighing 188,91 grams, was confiscated from him.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Unit 1 Team of Sub-Directorate 3 of the Polda Metro Jaya Narcotics Directorate (Ditresnarkoba) seized 188,91 grams of methamphetamine (sabu) from a suspect identified as MS (30). All evidence was obtained from two different locations.

MS was arrested by the Unit 1 Team of Sub-Directorate 3 of the Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, on Monday, April 20, 2026, at around 6:00 PM WIB. During the arrest, several packages of sabu packaged in black packaging with various codes and a cell phone were found on MS’s person.

“After that, we investigated MS’s house, which is still in the area. At the second location, we again found 99,70 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale,” said Head of Unit 1, Sub-Directorate 3 Ditresnarkoba Polda Metro Jaya, AKP Ari Purwanto, in a statement on Friday, April 24, 2026.

The arrest of MS, AKP Ari continued, stemmed from public information regarding suspicious activity at the location. Police then conducted surveillance and eventually found MS on the side of the road and immediately arrested him.

“The total amount of methamphetamine seized from the two locations reached 188,91 grams. We are currently investigating the suspect,” AKP Ari explained further.
