progresifjaya.co.id, BATAM – The Polda of Riau Islands (Polda Kepri) are conducting a refresher rotation and transfer of 477 personnel at the officer and non-commissioned levels. This refresher rotation and transfer is outlined in Telegram Letters from the Kapoda of  Riau Islands  Numbers: STR/80/IV/2026, STR/81/IV/2026, STR/82/IV/2026, STR/83/IV/2026, and STR/84/IV/2026, dated April 23, 2026.

In an official statement, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda of Kepri, Kombes Pol Nona Pricillia Ohei stated, that this rotation includes 103 regular officers, 173 non-commissioned officers, 47 junior non-commissioned officers, and 47 SBP non-commissioned officers.

In addition to serving as a tour of duty or shift in job responsibilities, this rotation also emphasizes shifting assignment areas (tour of areas) to enrich personnel’s field experience within the various jurisdictions of the Polda of Kepri.

As explained by Kombes Pol Nona Pricillia Ohei, this step is part of the Polri’s organizational dynamics for refreshment, career development, and performance improvement to provide the best service to the public. Rotation transfers are also implemented as a means of placing personnel according to organizational needs and to optimize task execution within each work unit and jurisdiction.

“With this rotation, we hope the organization’s performance will be more effective in providing services to the public. It will also help maintain security and public order in the Polda of Kepri,” said Kombes Pol Nona Pricillia Ohei, Friday, April 24, 2026.

The following are several senior officials and officers at the police/regional level who have undergone job rotation:

1. AKBP Gilang Akbar, S.I.K., previously Head of the Operational Division of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate, now serves as Head of Sub-Directorate 2 of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Polda of Riau Islands.

2. AKBP Rudi Syahriadi Idris, S.E., M.M., previously Head of the Head of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Polda of Riau Islands, now serves as Head of the
Head of the Polri School Student Corps of the Polda of Riau Islands.

3. Kompol Salahuddin, S.I.K., M.H., previously Deputy Chief of the Polres of Karimun, now serves as Acting Head of the Head of Development and Operations Section (Kabagbinopsnal) of the Polda of Riau Islands.

4. Kompol Indar Wahyu Dwi Septiawan, S.I.K., M.H., who previously served as Acting Head of Sub-Directorate 2 of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate, has been appointed to a new position as Head of Sub-Directorate 3 of the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Polda of Riau Islands.

5. Kompol Eri Sujati, S.H., M.H., who previously served as Deputy Chief of the Polres of Bintan, is now Deputy Chief of the Polres of Karimun.

6. Kompol Ahmad Rudi Prasetyo, S.H., M.H., who previously served as Acting Head of the Head of Student Corps (Kakorsis) State Police School (SPN) of the Polda of Riau Islands Regional Police, is now Deputy Chief of the Polres of Bintan.

7. Kompol Nurman, S.Pd., who previously served as Chief of the Polsek of North Bintan, is now serving as Acting Head of the Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT) of the Polda of Riau Islands.

8. Kompol Agung Surya Wiguna, S.T., who previously served as Head of the Polres of Karimub Operations Sector, is now serving as Inspection Officer (Parik) 4 Field Inspectorate (Itbid) 3 Regional Supervision Inspectorate (Itwasda) of the Polda of Riau Islands.

9. Kompol Yudi Arvian, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., who previously served as First Policy Analyst for Human Resources Development and Career, is now serving as Acting Deputy Head of the Sub-Directorate of Crowd Control (dalmas), Directorate of Samapta, Polda of Riau Islands.

10. AKP Tigor Dabariba, S.H., who previously served as Acting Deputy Head of the Public Information Sub-Directorate, Public Relations Sector, is now serving as Chief of the Polsek of Bengkong Polresta of Barelang.

11. AKP Jul Ilham S, SH., M.H., who previously served as Deputy Chief of the Polsek of North Bintan Police, has been promoted to Acting   Chief of the Polsek of North Bintan.

12. AKP Andri Yusri, S.H., who previously served as Acting Chief of the Polsek of Balai Karimun, is now serving as Acting Head of the Polres of Karimun Operations Sector.

13. AKP Bakri, S.IP., who previously served as Acting Head of accident section Traffic Law Enforcement Sub-Directorate Directorate Traffic, now serves as the Acting Chief of the Polsek of Balai Karimun.

14. AKP Rizal, S.H., who previously served as the Head of the Samapta Unit Polres of Karimun, now serves as the Head of the Polres og Karimun Propam Section.

15. AKP Sabar Binsar Samosir, S.H., M.H., who previously served as the Acting Head of Planning and Administration Sub-Section (Kasubagrenmin) Directorate of Vital Object Security (Ditpamobvit), now serves as the Head of the Samapta Unit Polres of Karimun.

16. Iptu Yuli Endra, S.KKK., who previously served as the Acting
Chief of the Polsek of Bengkong, now serves as the Acting Officer of Unit 2 of the Sub Directorate of Specific Areas (Subdit Waster)
Ditpamobvit, Polda of Riau Islands.

17. Iptu Bobby Pratama, S.H., who previously served as the Chief of Polsek of Bulang, has been transferred to the position of the Polresta of Barelang Senior Officer.

18. Iptu Agus Riki Jonelson Sinaga, S.H., who previously served as Head of Unit 2 of the Polres of Bintan Police Criminal Investigation Unit, now serves as Head of the Polres of Natuna Criminal Investigation Unit.

19. Iptu Richie Putra, S.H., who previously served as Head of the Polres of Natuna Criminal Investigation Unit, now serves as Officer 1 of Unit 1, Sub-Directorate 2, Directorate of General Crimes Polda of Riau Islands.
