progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Kapolri, Jenderal Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo urged his staff to improve internal solidarity. He intended this so that their dedication to the community, nation, and state could be fully realized.

This request was conveyed by Kapolri Listyo Sigit in his direction to the Polri during the 2025 Regional Police Chief Roll Call, themed “Professional Polri Transformation for the Community”
at the Polri Mobile Brigade Corps Training Headquarters (Mako Satuan Korbrimob Polri), Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Monday, (24/11).

“Continue to improve internal solidarity. Because it is the main asset for facing every challenge of the task, and also for maintaining the existence of the Polri institution. So that dedication to the community, nation, and state can be fully realized,” he said.

Furthermore, he also hoped that the momentum of the 2025 Regional Police Chief Roll Call would align the direction and understanding of all ranks of the Polri. It also serves as a means to evaluate the implementation of tasks and policies in the field.

Strikingly, despite running for three days until Wednesday, (26/11), the 2025 Regional Police Chiefs’ Roll Call was held simply, despite the 631 participants. They were the main officials (PJU) of the Polri Headquarters, 36 Kapolda’s, Operations Team Leaders (Karoops), Kapolres in their respective ranks, and the Polri Transformation and Reform Team. Several police attachés from friendly countries were also present.

“The simplicity of this event is a message to all ranks to remain grounded, close to the community, and have a strong sense of belonging to the Polri.
