progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Registration and Identification Sub-Directorate (Regident) of the Polda West Java Traffic Directorate held a 2025 Vehicle and Driver Analysis and Evaluation (Anev) meeting at the Polda West Java Traffic Directorate Building, Bandung, on Wednesday, (3/12).

Representatives from 23 Traffic Units (Satlantas) within the Polda West Java, Jasa Raharja, and Bapenda (Regional Revenue Agency) attended the event. The goal was to strengthen synergy in public services within the Driver’s License Administration Unit (Satpas) and the One-Stop Integrated Administration System (Samsat).

Discussions on service digitalization were also a key focus of the Anev. The discussion focused on efforts to encourage digital transformation in Satpas and Samsat services, including accelerating the implementation of the Sinar and Signal applications.

The evaluation of the 2025 Tax Amnesty Program and the amnesty of motor vehicle tax fines in West Java, which will run until September 2025, was also discussed.

This evaluation also aims to evaluate performance achievements and develop strategies to improve the quality of public service.

Aiptu A. Khalik, Baur Satpas the Traffic Unit of the Indramayu Polres stated in a statement to the author, that the various topics discussed in this evaluation aim to improve the quality of public service at the Traffic Unit in West Java, including digitalization.

“We in West Java are required to improve our service to the public, both in terms of motor vehicle administration and driver permit issues. We must ensure there are no complaints from the public related to these matters,” said Aiptu A. Khalik. (Bembo)
