Inspecting Various Service Units Directly, the Kapolres of Indramayu Ensures All Services Run According to SOPs

progresifjaya.co.id, INDRAMAYU – To ensure optimal and excellent public services in Indramayu Regency, the Kapolres of Indramayu, Polda of the West Java, AKBP Mochamad Fajar Gemilang, conducted an unannounced inspection by directly inspecting various service units within the Indramayu Polres Department on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. Accompanying the Kapolres was the Head of the Indramayu Polres Traffic Unit, AKP Undang Syarif Hidayat.
The inspection took place at several strategic locations. The Indramayu Regency Public Service Mall (MPP), the Mangga Roundabout Simpang Lima Post, and the Indramayu Samsat Joint Office were the targets of Kapolres AKBP Mochamad Fajar’s inspection. He wanted to ensure all police services were running according to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
During his inspection, the Kapolres directly inspected the Traffic Management Center (TMC) operator room. They also monitored traffic flow through CCTV footage and interacted with residents handling various administrative matters. These dialogues with residents aimed to gather input and receive feedback to improve future services.
The Head of Public Relations for the Indramayu Polres, AKP Tarno who represented the Kapolres stated, that this activity demonstrated the Indramayu Polres’s commitment to providing the best possible service to the public.
“The Kapolres conducted inspections to ensure that the services provided by Indramayu Polres officers are truly excellent and optimal. We want to create a sense of security and comfort for every citizen who needs police services,” said AKP Tarno.
He also explained, that this inspection serves as a forum to motivate police personnel to maintain discipline and a humane attitude in providing services. This is crucial, especially in high-traffic areas like the Mangga Roundabout, a key landmark for public movement in Indramayu.
The Kapolres of Indramayu, said AKP Tarno, has emphasized the importance of continuous service innovation, both at the MPP (Service Management Unit), Satpas, and Samsat to align with the Polri’s precise transformation program.
“The leadership wants to ensure there are no obstacles in the service process. Everything must be transparent, fast, and accountable. Public trust is our top priority,” AKP Tarno emphasized.
