Receiving Money from Drug Dealers and Infidelity
In addition to allegations of involvement in the drug case, several other ethical articles, including allegations of improper relationships, were also considered in the assessment of Didik’s behavior.
Brigjen Pol Trunoyudo revealed, that Didik was proven to have received money through the former Head of the Bima City Polres Narcotics Unit, AKP M.
“The alleged offender requested and received money through the Head of the Bima City Polres Narcotics Unit under the name AKP M, or the initials AKP ML, as mentioned yesterday. The money came from a drug dealer in the Bima City area. I repeat, from a drug dealer in the Bima City area. He abused narcotics and engaged in deviant activities in immoral social activities,” he explained.
Meanwhile, in his statement, Didik allegedly revealed the name of a drug dealer named Erwin, who was mentioned in the context of the flow of funds and distribution network related to this case.
In the first point of his statement, Didik also denied that he had ever ordered the former Head of the Bima City Polres Narcotics Unit, AKP Maulangi, to ask for money from certain parties.
“I declare that i never ordered AKP Maulangi, former Head of the Bima City Polres Narcotics Investigation Unit, to ask for money from a person named Ko Erwin,” he explained.
Furthermore, Didik also denied any orders or collaboration with any party, including Erwin, regarding the distribution of narcotics or other illegal drugs.
“I never asked or ordered AKP Maulangi, former Head of the Bima City Polres Narcotics Investigation Unit, to collaborate with any party, including a person named Ko Erwin. Especially regarding the distribution or sale of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or any other type of illegal drug,” he further stated in the statement.
Multiple Articles
For all of his actions, Didik is being charged with multiple articles under Police Regulation Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code of Ethics and the Polri Code of Ethics Commission.

Revealing the Facts

The Polri Commission (Kompolnas) stated in its official statement, that AKBP Didik’s ethics hearing also revealed facts about the origin of the drugs and the circulation of money related to this case.
“Therefore, it serves as a reminder once again that the drug problem is a problem for all of us. Moreover, the President has also made drug eradication a major program. This makes this process crucial,” said Kompolnas Commissioner Chairul Anam at the TNCC Building at Polri Headquarters, South Jakarta, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
He said, that during the hearing, the series of events was detailed, including the circulation of money and the names of those involved.
“What’s interesting is that the trial process was elaborated in such a way, starting with the goods, the circulation of money, and who the people were, and so on. That’s why there were 18 witnesses,” Anam said.
“The construction of the events was also drawn back to the past. This is also a sign for us, because we also saw sufficient detail, indicating a professional process carried out by the ethics panel,” he added.
Infidelity
Regarding the affair, Didik’s lawyer, Rofiq Ashari, emphasized that there was no special relationship outside of work between his client and Aipda Dianita.
“So, there was no other relationship. Yes, i’ve also asked about Aipda Dianita,” Rofiq explained at the TNCC Building at Polri Headquarters, South Jakarta, on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
“There was no special relationship, no,” he said.
As is known, in this case, a policewoman named Aipda Dianita, who was previously Didik’s subordinate, tested positive for drug use during the investigation.
Didik then asked Dianita to secure a suitcase containing drugs. The request was conveyed to Diita through Didik’s wife, MA.
“Aipda DA explained that on February 6, 2026, MA, on the orders of AKBP DPK, contacted him and asked him to secure a white suitcase from AKBP DPK’s private home in the Tangerang area. Without any suspicion, Aipda DA carried out the order,” said Brigjen Pol Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Drug Crimes at the Polri Criminal Investigation Agency, in a written statement on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
Investigators then searched Dianita’s home on February 11, 2026. The white suitcase containing drugs was found. It contained seven plastic bags of methamphetamine weighing 16,3 grams, 49 ecstasy pills with two remaining pills, 19 Aprazolam pills, two Happy Five pills, and 5 grams of ketamine.
Investigators then examined Dianita and Didik’s wife, MA. The results tested positive for drugs. (Bembo)
