progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – A motorcyclist, identified as SP (23), died after hitting a road divider and going under a Transjakarta bus driven by RJ (48) on Jalan Gunung Sahari, Central Jakarta, in front of BPK Penabur School.

In his explanation, the Head of the Sub-Directorate of Law Enforcement at the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate, AKBP Ojo Ruslani stated, that the accident occurred on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 11:30 PM WIB.

“While the bus was traveling in the Transjakarta lane, a Honda PCX motorcycle with license plate number B-3564-POR, driven by SP, suddenly came from the left side of the road. He hit the Transjakarta bus divider, fell off the road, and went under the bus,” explained AKBP Ojo to reporters on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

He further clarified, that SP was very close to the Transjakarta bus driven by RJ when the accident occurred. After falling, SP immediately went under the bus and was crushed. SP died instantly at the scene of the accident. (Bembo)
