The smooth electricity supply made it easier for people to carry out religious activities and social gatherings during the Eid holiday.

Kombes Pol Komarudin stated, that a stable electricity supply is a key factor in creating a warm atmosphere in every corner of Jakarta and its surroundings. As evidence, from the night of Takbiran until D+4 of Eid, people were able to enjoy gatherings with their families, perform Eid prayers at various mosques, and travel within the city safely and comfortably without any technical issues related to electricity.

According to him, the availability of reliable and stable electricity from PLN is truly beneficial for residents, both those remaining in Jakarta and those traveling home for Eid. The readiness of 2.148 PLN personnel spread across various vital locations also ensures that the joyous moments of the community at places of worship and busy centers are maintained solemnly and cheerfully.

“We appreciate PLN’s readiness to maintain a reliable electricity supply during the Ramadhan and Eid al-Fitr periods. Stable electricity support greatly contributes to smooth security, especially in crowded areas and on the homecoming routes,” praised Kombes Pol Komarudin, who also serves as Head of Regional Operations for Ketupat Jaya 2026, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

He further explained, that this appreciation is entirely based on facts on the ground, where electric vehicle users also enjoy extraordinary convenience. The availability of 673 SPKLU units in the Greater Jakarta area has provided peace of mind for residents traveling home and returning home. The electricity support infrastructure is widely available and functioning optimally. This aligns with the spirit of excellent service within Operation Ketupat Jaya 2026.

PLN’s commitment to providing supporting equipment such as generators and UPSs at 519 mosques and other strategic locations was also acknowledged by Kombes Pol Komarudin as having provided greater peace of mind for residents. There were absolutely no significant electricity disruptions during the long holiday period. This is clear evidence that coordination between public service agencies is highly harmonious for the benefit of the wider community.
