Defeating Hyundai Capital Skywalkers, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi Reaches the 2026 AVC Champions League Final

progresifjaya.co.id, PONTIANAK – The Indonesian volleyball team, owned by the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi, has advanced to the 2026 AVC Champions League final. This success was confirmed after Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi defeated South Korean team Hyundai Capital Skywalkers 3-0 at the Ahmad Yani Integrated Sports Hall in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, on Saturday evening, May 16, 2026.
In the final, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi will face Iranian team Foolad Sirjan Iranian. Foolad Sirjan Iranian advanced to the final after defeating Japanese team JTEKT Stings Aichi 3-0.
The match between Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi and Hyundai Capital Skywalkers was a tight affair in the first set. For the first 10 points, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi couldn’t get much of a lead over Hyundai Capital Skywalkers.
Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi started to take the lead in the 15th point. After that, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi managed to take a seven-point lead over Hyundai Capital Skywalkers, 22-15.
However, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi seemingly squandered many of their leads, leading them to 23-21 and 24-23. Fortunately, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi finally closed the first set with a 25-23 score.

In the second set, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi scored four consecutive points and took a six-point lead to 10-4. However, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi was able to close the score at 12-10.
Both teams played a fierce game until the 20th point. Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi only managed a narrow lead, 20-19, 21-20, 22-21.
Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi even managed to equalize the score at 22-22 and 23-23.
Not only did they equalize, but Hyundai Capital Skywalkers even managed to turn the score around to 24-23.
Fortunately, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi managed to equalize the score at 24-24 and then take a 25-24 lead.
However, Hyundai Capital Skywalkers again equalized the score at 25-25 to force another two points. Ultimately, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi won the set again with a 27-25 lead.
In the third set, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi fell behind 4-6, 5-9, 6-10. Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi couldn’t catch up with the deficit until the score was 11-15.
Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi then scored three consecutive points to narrow the gap to 14-15.
After successfully tying the score at 16-16, Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi finally managed to turn the score around to 17-16 at the 20th point, giving them a two-point lead over Hyundai Capital Skywalkers. Jakarta Bhayangkara Presisi finally closed out the third set with a 25-23 victory.
