The Polda Metro Jaya held a meeting with community organizations as part of the ‘Jaga Jakarta’ program.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Polda Metro Jaya held a meeting with several community organizations (ormas). The meeting was held to strengthen synergy within the ‘Jaga Jakarta’ program.

The meeting was held at the Polda Metro Jaya Promoter Building on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The meeting was attended by the Director of Community Development of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Arief Satriyo, and the Director of Security Intelligence of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Miko Indrayana.

The organizations in attendance included the Banten BPPKB, Kembang Latar, GIBAS, KBPP Polri, GMBI, PETIR, FPMM, Forkabi, PPBNI Satria Banten, Laskar Merah Putih, AMBI, FBR, Senkom Mitra Polri, GRIB Jaya, Bang Japar, United Batak Youth, and Pancasila Youth.

“This meeting demonstrates the commitment of the Polda Metro Jaya and all elements of society, including community organizations, to create a safe and comfortable Jakarta,” said Kombes Pol Arief Satriyo.

According to him, the dynamics of life in Jakarta, both in public and digital spaces, are closely linked to national security stability. Therefore, strong collaboration between the police and all stakeholders, including community organizations, is needed.

Through this meeting, the Polda Metro Jaya also invited all community organizations to play an active role in protecting the environment, preventing potential conflicts, and helping counter provocations and unverified information.

“This ongoing synergy is expected to strengthen the role of community organizations as partners with the police in gathering aspirations, resolving issues through dialogue, and jointly maintaining security and stability in Jakarta,” said Kombes Pol Arief Satriyo.
