Kapolres Metro of West Jakarta, Kombes Pol Nasriadi, harvesting pokcoy at the Palmerah Polri SPPG Greenhouse.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Kapolres Metro of West Jakarta, Kombes Pol Nasriadi, visited the Palmerah Nutrition Service Unit (SPPG) and the Palmerah SPPG Greenhouse on Monday, August 3, 2026.

During his visit, Kapolres Nasriadi observed and directly observed every stage of service at the Palmerah SPPG, from room cleanliness and food processing to cooking.

This inspection was conducted to ensure that all activities were carried out according to standards, ensuring that the food produced was of good nutritional quality, hygienic, and suitable for serving to beneficiaries.

After inspecting the kitchen area, Kapolres Nasriadi and his entourage continued their visit to the Palmerah SPPG Greenhouse. This location is where various hydroponic plants and bioflog fish are cultivated, as part of the food security program.

At this location, Kapolres Nasriadi also harvested pokcoy.  This harvest symbolizes the utilization of productive land to support the need for healthy and sustainable food.

In his statement, Kapolres Nasriadi stated, that this harvest will become raw materials to be processed at the Palmerah Polri  SPPG Polri.

“This pokcoy harvest will become MBG food for our children,” said Kombes Pol Nasriadi.

He also emphasized, that the Palmerah SPPG is not only focused on providing nutritious food but also part of efforts to build food self-sufficiency through the utilization of well-managed agricultural products.

Accompanying Kapolres Nasriadi on this visit were Wakapolres Metro of the West Jakarta, AKBP Rezi Dharmawan, Head of Human Resources, Kompol Leny Winarti, Head of Logistics, Kompol Evarmen Lubis, Kapolsek of the Palmerah, AKP Parman Nainggolan; and Head of the Plantation Management Unit, Mamat Soleh.
