The Head of the Polri Traffic Corps, Irjen Pol Wibowo led the inauguration and handover ceremony for the Director of Registration and Identification of the Korlantas Polri, Brigjen Pol Komarudin, and several High-Ranking Officers (PJU) of the Korlantas Polri.

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The rotation of positions at the Polri Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri) is back. This time, it’s the turn of Brigjen Pol Komarudin to fill the position of Director of Registration and Identification (Dirregident) at the Korlantas Polri.

The Head of the Korlantas Polri, Irjen Pol Wibowo, led the inauguration and handover ceremony at the NTMC Field of the Korlantas Polri, Jakarta, on Monday, July 6, 2026.

The inauguration and handover ceremony took place solemnly and began with the reading of the Kapolri’s Decree. The ceremony then continued with the swearing-in, signing of the handover minutes, the oath of office minutes, and the signing of integrity pacts by the inaugurated officials.

In addition to Brigjen Pol Komarudin, several other High-Ranking Officers (PJU) of the Korlantas Polri were also inaugurated and handed over.

Kombes Pol Budi Santosa was officially inaugurated as Head of the Planning and Administration Division (Kabag Renmin) of the Korlantas Polri. Similarly, Kombes Pol Turmudi was officially appointed as Head of the Operations Division (Kabag Ops) of the Korlantas Polri.

The Head of the Korlantas Polri, Irjen Pol Wibowo stated in his remarks, that the job rotation is part of an effort to strengthen the organization. Therefore, he urged all newly inaugurated officials to carry out their duties with sincerity, prioritize collaboration, and uphold the dignity of the institution.

“Let us all carry out our duties with sincerity, collaborate, and uphold the dignity of the Polri. There is no such thing as going it alone. We must work together to transform the image of Korlantas for the better,” said Irjen Pol Wibowo.

He further encouraged all personnel to learn from the philosophy of cassava in carrying out their duties. The cassava philosophy symbolizes simplicity, adaptability, humility, and resilience in facing various challenges.

“Learn from cassava. We (members of the Korlantas Polri) can learn from cassava. We can understand the meaning of life’s values. We can learn about simplicity, humility, adaptation, and resilience,” he emphasized in his directive. Time to hit the ground running, boss!
