progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Kapolda Metro Jaya, Komjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri, and Jayakarta/Jayakarta Military Commander (Pangdam Jaya) Letjen TNI Deddy Suryadi, visited the Marine Corps Command Headquarters at Jalan Raya Usman and Harun No. 40, Kwitang, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, for a friendly visit. This visit was part of an effort to strengthen the synergy between the TNI and the Polri in maintaining Jakarta’s stability and supporting the smooth running of various state agendas.

The Kapolda Metro Jaya and the Pangdam Jaya were received directly by Marine Corps Commander, Letjen TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi, and his staff. The friendly and warm meeting discussed strengthening coordination, personnel readiness, and collaboration in addressing various security dynamics in Jakarta.

Marine Corps Commander, Letjen TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi, in his statement affirmed the Marine Corps’ readiness to support security duties in the Jakarta area.

“The Marine Corps is ready and must continue to synergize. We are ready to deploy troops to strengthen the Kodam Jaya and support the Polda Metro Jaya. Jakarta is the center of gravity, the hub of various national activities,” said Letjen TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi.

Meanwhile, Kapolda Metro Jaya, Komjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri, in his statement emphasized the importance of inter-institutional solidarity to address the ever-evolving security dynamics.

Pangdam Jaya, Letjen TNI Deddy Suryadi, also expressed his appreciation for the support of Marine Corps personnel in various security activities in Jakarta.

“We express our gratitude for the support provided by the Marine Corps in controlling operations. Jakarta must remain conducive so that public activities can proceed safely and all state agendas can proceed safely and smoothly,” said Letjen TNI Deddy Suryadi.

Through this gathering, the Marine Corps, the Kodam Jaya, and the Polda Metro Jaya also affirmed their commitment to continuously strengthening solidarity and cooperation in maintaining security and stability in Jakarta.
