This leadership refresh involves the Bogor, Cimahi, and Cianjur Police stations, aimed at strengthening professionalism and enabling a more rapid response to the evolving needs of public service.

As part of this reshuffle, the position of Kapolres Bogor has transitioned from AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto to AKBP Arfan Zulkan Sipayung. Meanwhile, the leadership of the Kapolres Cimahi has been assumed by AKBP Endy Desianto, who replaces AKBP Moh. Faruk Rozi. For the position of Kapolres Cianjur, AKBP Beddy Suwendi has officially succeeded AKBP Akhmad Alexander Yurikho Hadi.

Kapolda Hengki emphasized that personnel rotations within the Polri serve as a vital instrument for career development and organizational renewal, ensuring that performance remains optimal across the ranks.

“A position is a trust and a responsibility that must be carried out to the best of one’s ability. New appointees must immediately assess the characteristics of their respective jurisdictions, adapt, and respond to public concerns swiftly and accurately. Prioritize professional, humane, and integrity-driven service,” stated Kapolda Hengki in his directives.

He further instructed the new Kapolres’s to remain vigilant in maintaining public security and order (kamtibmas). Kapolda Hengki noted, that the key to maintaining a stable and conducive environment lies in active communication and strong synergy with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), local government, and community leaders.

In addition to acknowledging the dedication of the outgoing officials, Kapolda Hengki challenged the newly inaugurated leaders to introduce tangible innovations rather than merely adhering to routine procedures. With this leadership reshuffle across three strategic regencies/cities, the Polda West Java has reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening public trust through law enforcement that is transparent, precise, and oriented toward the public interest.
