The Sinar (SIM Nasional Presisi) application is a platform feature within the Korlantas Polri Digital application. This platform is specifically designed for SIM applications, both new and renewal. SIM A and C renewal services can also be completed completely online, including health and psychological tests.

The health examination process for this digital service can be accessed through the e-Rikkes SIM platform. The psychological test is accessed through the ePPsi SIM platform.

The registration model at the Daan Mogot Satpas, if iremember correctly, has been computerized for the past seven years. This integrated digital service utilizes a technology called FIFO (First In First Out). This technology’s function is to streamline queues, reduce the potential for illegal levies, and also eliminate convoluted bureaucratic systems. It’s pretty cool, really.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, an unexpected and joyful event occurred inside the Satpas building. Several SIM applicants were seen expressing their joy after passing the practical SIM test fairly and in accordance with established procedures.

One applicant, Agus, even prostrated himself in gratitude for his success. His joy was overwhelming, as he had never expected to receive a B1 SIM after applying for the official fee.

On a separate occasion, the Practical Trainer, Ipda Dody Supriyadi, told the media that the fact that many applicants cheered with joy today after passing the practical exam and obtaining their driver’s licenses is solid proof of the success of applying for a driver’s license themselves without the interference of brokers.
