The STRs, signed by the Assistant Kapolri for Human Resources (As SDM), Irjen Pol Anwar, provided information on the transfer process for 1.086 police personnel, both high-ranking officers (Pati) and mid-ranking officers (Pamen) throughout Indonesia.

The Head of Public Information Bureau of the Polri Public Relations Division, Brigjen Pol Trunojoyo Wisnu Andiko, stated in an official statement, that all transfers mentioned in the five STRs were carried out for organizational needs, job promotions, and leveling.

Of these transfers, 928 personnel received promotions and equivalent or flat assignments. One such position is the position of Kapolda NTB, which is now held by Irjen Pol Edy Murbowo. Previously, this two-star general from the Dhira Brata Battalion, Akpol 1990, served as Director of Community Policing, Community Policing, and Community Development, Korbinmas, Baharkam Polri.

Furthermore, the current transfer process also emphasizes providing greater opportunity for regional police officers to fill a number of strategic positions. Thirty-five female police officers have been promoted. One of them, Brigjen Pol Sulastiana, is appointed Wakapolda of the West Papua.

However, according to the Letter of Appointment Number ST/2781/XII/KEP./2025, Kombes Pol Sumarni’s next assignment will be as the Kapolres Metro Bekasi within the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya. This assignment replaces Kombes Pol Mustofa, who was also reassigned to the position of Acting Director of the Polda Metro Jaya. Water Police. He also stated, that, out of 35 promotions for female police officers, six, with the rank of AKBP, were appointed by the Kapolri to serve as Kapolri’s based on an assessment of their capacity and leadership in the field.

Polres Majalengka

One of the female police officers reassigned by the Kapolri is AKBP Rita Suwadi.

Previously serving as the Kapolres Sukabumi City, she will be transferred to the Wind City, Majalengka, to serve as Kapolres there.

AKBP Rita Suwadi will replace AKBP Willy Andrian, who was also reassigned to the Human Resources Bureau of the Polda Metro Jaya to serve as Head of Personnel Control Section (Kabagdalpers).

In addition to Majalengka, the transfer of Kapolres’s with the rank of AKBP is also taking place in Purbalingga, Karimun, Batang, Tebing Tinggi, and Samosir.
