progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Kapolri, Jenderal Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo, led the National Roll Call of the Multipurpose Ansor Brigade (Banser) for securing the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year (Nataru) holidays, which included the presentation of the 2025 Riyanto Humanitarian Award.

This National Roll Call symbolizes Banser’s readiness to support security during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

A total of 11.135 Banser personnel from West Java and Central Java provinces were deployed to work in synergy with the Polri, the TNI, and other relevant agencies to maintain security, order, and community harmony.

In his address, the Kapolri emphasized that the Banser National Roll Call was not a ceremonial activity, but rather a strategic moment that reflected a commitment to nationalism.

“This Banser National Roll Call is an important moment that demonstrates Banser’s commitment to continuously safeguarding the unity, security, and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia,” Kapolri Listyo Sigit emphasized.

He further emphasized Banser’s crucial and strategic role in securing the year-end momentum. He stated, that Banser’s involvement is part of a joint effort to maintain security and humanitarian services to the community.

“Banser plays a strategic role in various important elements. One of these is in implementing humanitarian service operations and securing Christmas and New Year,” he said.

Furthermore, Kapolri Listyo Sigit also expressed his appreciation for the spirit and resilience of Banser cadres who remained united in participating in the roll call. This demonstrated solidarity makes Banser’s dedication to the nation and state even more valiant in the eyes of the Kapolri.

On this occasion, Kapolri Listyo Sigit also symbolically pinned the Banser Traffic (Balantas) vests to the recipients. He also presented the 2025 “Riyanto Award” for diversity and humanity to the recipients as a token of appreciation for their dedication and devotion to upholding humanitarian values, harmony, and nationalism.

Kapolri Listyo Sigit also expressed his hope that the synergy between the Polri, Banser, the TNI, and all elements of society would be strengthened through this activity. He also ensured that the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year celebrations would be safe, peaceful, and conducive. He also further strengthened the commitment to nationalism and tolerance amidst Indonesia’s diversity.

Also present at the roll call were the Head of the Polri’s Intelligence and Security Agency, Komjen Pol Yuda Gustawan; the Head of the Polri’s Professional and Security Division, Irjen Pol Abdul Karim; the Head of the Polri’s Public Relations Division, Irjen Pol Sandi Nugroho, the Kapolda West Java Irjen Pol Rudi Setiawan; and the Commander of the 063/Sunan Gunung Jati Military Command, Kolonel Hista Soleh Harahap.

Numerous national figures and leaders of religious organizations were also present, including the General Chairperson of the Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) Central Executive Board, H. Addin Jauharudin; the Rais Syuriyah; the Chairman of the Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (PBNU), KH. Mustofa Said Aqil Siradj; the Secretary General of GP Ansor H.
