progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Kapolda Metro Jaya, Irjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri officially closed the 2025 National Police Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) Formation Training held at the National Police School (SPN) of the Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. A total of 637 students from 33 regional police departments (Polda’s) across Indonesia graduated and were officially inaugurated as members of the Polri.

The closing ceremony marked the end of the approximately five-month training program. The young NCOs will now hold the rank of Second Brigadier and be ready to carry out their police duties in various work units.

During the ceremony, Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ read out a directive from the Head of the Polri Education and Training Agency, Komjen Pol Chryshnanda Dwilaksana, who emphasized that the police profession is a calling and a form of devotion to the nation and state.

“Being a police officer is a calling. Every thought, word, and deed must reflect your role as a guardian of life, a builder of civilization, and a champion of humanity,” said Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’.

The Head of the Polri Education and Training Center also emphasized the importance of professionalism, integrity, and humanistic public service oriented toward the public interest.

The closing ceremony concluded with an appreciation to the ranks of the Polri educational institutions and all teaching staff for their dedication in producing a generation of precision Bhayangkara. (Bembo)
