To Secure and Serve the Official Visit of the CPPCC Chairman, the Polda Metro Deploy 2.029 Joint Personnel

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Polda Metro Jaya has deployed 2.029 joint personnel to provide services for the official visit of the Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), His Excellency Wang, to Jakarta on December 3-4, 2025.
Security services will be provided in an integrated manner to ensure that all state agendas run safely, orderly, and smoothly.
The service and security locations will focus on include Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the Shangri-La Hotel, the DPR/MPR/DPD RI Building, the Plataran GBK City Forest, and the Merdeka Palace. Traffic management will also be implemented situationally to anticipate traffic congestion during the movement of the entourage.
In a statement, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto stated, that the Polda Metro Jaya is fully committed to providing the best possible service for state guests.
The best service he meant included early detection measures, sterilization of activity locations, and increased patrols. Law enforcement preparedness is also a priority to anticipate various security disturbances.
“We have deployed more than two thousand personnel. We are also synergizing with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and all relevant stakeholders to ensure the security and smooth running of activities during the group’s stay in Jakarta,” said Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto in Jakarta on Wednesday, (3/12).

He continued, adding that 74 delegates will be present in the group. These include the core delegation, accompanying staff, media security, and air crew. Therefore, the Polda Metro Jaya hopes that this visit will further strengthen Indonesia’s positive image as a safe and friendly country. It will also strengthen Indonesia’s international relations, including with China.
“We also ask for public support to help maintain a conducive atmosphere during the series of activities. We also apologize if this event has disrupted public activities,” said Kombes Pol Bhudi.
Furthermore, he urged the public to follow the directions of officers on the ground. If there are any traffic adjustments or minor obstacles during the movement of the group, the public is expected to understand for the smooth running of the ongoing state agenda.
