progresifjaya.co.id, BOGOR – The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, was awarded the Loka Praja Samrakshana Medal of Honor from the Polri. This medal of honor was presented directly by the Kapolri, Jenderal Pol Listyo Sigit Prabowo, during the 80th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony at the Cikeas Mobile Brigade Corps (Brimob) Training Unit, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

The Loka Praja Samrakshana Medal of Honor awarded to President Prabowo means “protection of the people and the public.”

This medal of honor also recognizes the President’s extraordinary service to the development and advancement of the Polri, providing protection, shelter, service, and law enforcement for the security of the people, the nation, and the state.

Previously, President Prabowo also awarded the Nugraha Sakanti Medal of Honor to 11 Polri work units. The Nugraha Sakanti Medal of Honor is an award for units within the Polri that have rendered significant service and contributed significantly to the interests of the nation and state.

The 80th Bhayangkara Anniversary in 2026 was commemorated with the theme “80 Years of Service, Polri for the Community.” This theme reflects the Polri’s commitment to continuously improving the quality of service and strengthening public trust through concrete work directly felt by the community.
