progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Dewa United FC’s new striker from Brazil, Denilson Pereira Junior is determined to make the 2026/2027 Super League season a memorable one for Banten Warriors. He also asked the Banten Warrior supporters to continue to support his struggle with the team from the first minute to the last.

“What made me interested in accepting the offer from Dewa United FC was the effort the club put in to bring me here. And most importantly, the sports planning that has been prepared for this season,” Denilson was quoted as saying from the club’s official website, Thursday, August 6, 2026.

“I believe in the project the club has. I see that there is great ambition to achieve various targets and i am very motivated to help the team achieve those results.” he added.

The player whose hometown is the same as Brazil stars Zico, Romario and Coutinho in Rio de Janeiro is determined to make a real contribution that goes beyond just the goalscoring record. He also stated ready to display high determination in every match.

“The fans can expect a lot of aggressiveness, determination, focus, never-give-up attitude, and grit from me. I will fight for every ball and give my best in every game,” elaborated the 1,85-meter tall player who previously defended Thai club, Ratchaburi FC.

Carrying a philosophy to continue to grow every day, Denilson is also ready to close the sheets of his past and fully focus on building a success story with his new team.

“Every day, when waking up and getting a chance to live life once again, i try to do today what i have not managed to do yesterday,” he says.

“I believe that development happens every day. And it was with that mindset that i came to Dewa United FC. Getting the opportunity to wear this jersey and work in a club with a very professional structure further motivates me to give my best,” revealed this July 18, 1995 Cancer born player.

“My focus is completely on this season. The past has passed, and now i want to build a new story here,” he continued.

Despite having personal targets, he admits the collectivity of the team remains above all else in order to lift the club’s overall performance.

“I have personal targets that i want to achieve. But i know those targets will only be meaningful if they are accompanied by club achievements. Therefore, i will work every day to help Dewa United achieve his target of becoming Super League champions this season,” he stressed.
