progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Following his inauguration as the Head of the Polri Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas Polri), Brigjen Pol Aries Syahbudin has chosen a solemn and humble approach to begin his tenure. As an initial step, he organized a prayer gathering and provided aid to orphans at the At-Taqwa Mosque, located at the Polri Traffic Corps headquarters in South Jakarta.

The event was held to seek blessings, safety, and smooth operations in the execution of official duties. It also served as a moment for the entire Polri Traffic Corps to align their intentions toward improving the quality of service provided to the public.

“Everything must begin with prayer. As a unit tasked with traffic-related functions—specifically within the Polri Traffic Corps—we naturally strive for the best outcomes. That is why we have come together in prayer today,” stated Brigjen Pol Aries Syahbudin in an official statement, as cited by progresifjaya.co.id on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Brigjen Pol Aries also emphasized the importance of ensuring that all personnel have the opportunity to engage in religious activities according to their respective faiths.

“The goal is the same: to provide the best—for ourselves, our families, our society, and our nation—and, through the Polri and the Traffic Corps, to deliver better service to the public,” he explained.

Through the prayer gathering and the provision of aid to orphans—held on Thursday, October 22, 2026—the Polri Traffic Corps reaffirmed its commitment to prioritizing spiritual values, social concern, and unity in carrying out every responsibility entrusted to it. (Bembo)
