Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, meets with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace on Thursday, (20/11)

progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (DPR) Sufmi Dasco Ahmad conveyed various people’s aspirations and discussed them during a meeting with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Thursday, (20/11). The meeting was captured in a post on the Cabinet Secretariat account. President Prabowo and Sufmi Dasco were seen sitting at a large table in the same room.

Sufmi Dasco’s aspirations during the meeting were also diverse, ranging from the welfare of online motorcycle taxi (ojol) drivers to the aspirations of village heads affiliated with AKSI regarding agrarian reform, maximizing the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program, and land redistribution that benefits the community. Furthermore, the implementation of Hajj pilgrimage services in 2026 was also discussed.

“The Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives conveyed the aspirations of village heads so that government programs such as the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) and the Red and White Village/Sub-district Cooperatives can provide more optimal benefits for village communities,” said President Prabowo Subianto.

Previously, Sufmi Dasco also met with Prabowo privately at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta on Monday, (17/11). The meeting discussed a number of matters, from downstreaming to political and security stability.

Via the Cabinet Secretariat’s Instagram account, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya explained, that the private meeting specifically discussed several matters concerning the planned construction of a central athlete training facility complex and the 8 percent economic growth target. (Bembo)
