progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Driver’s License Section, Registration Sub-Directorate, Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the Polda West Java, is once again promoting the “Polantas Menyapa” program. This time, the target is Langlangbuana University (Unla) in Bandung City, as the smart venue. This activity is also part of the ongoing Operation Zebra Lodaya 2025 program.

And to be honest, students, lecturers, and the community around the campus were very enthusiastic about this activity. They eagerly approached the tents and mobile driver’s license (Simling) service vehicles that had been set up. Their excitement was evident, as they felt the quick process of renewing their driver’s licenses was simplified, eliminating the hassle of having to visit the Satpas.

While waiting for the process to complete, they also received a fun and humane educational outreach about driving compliance, one step closer to the goal of the Operation Zebra Lodaya 2025 program. So, don’t get bored and be fed up.

The Pamin of the Traffic Registration Unit of the Polda West Java, IptiAgus Yohanda stated in a statement, that the SIM service on campus is an effort to bring services closer to the public, especially the younger generation. Furthermore, this activity serves as an educational tool for young people to raise awareness about traffic regulations.

“Clearly, in addition to providing educational outreach to the younger generation, we also want to ensure our public services are easily accessible, fast, easy, and transparent,” said Iptu Agus Yohanda.

The Head of the Driving License (SIM) Section of the Polda West Java Traffic Directorate, Kompol Pipit Witianingsih also added. That the SIM service, “Polantas Menyapa” Program, at Langlangbuana University, demonstrates the Polda West Java Traffic Directorate’s commitment to providing accessible services to the public. The process is also fast and seamless.

“We hope that public awareness regarding valid driving license ownership will increase, including compliance with the law and driving safety,” she said.

Meanwhile, from Unla, the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Hennie Husniah, M.T., expressed her full appreciation for the Polda West Java Traffic Directorate’s initiative in selecting Unla as the venue for this service. In addition to facilitating access to public services for the academic community, the community also received practical education about traffic regulations.
