Hundreds of bottles of alcohol were seized by the Polres of Subang Narcotics Unit during Operation Antik Lodaya 2026.

progresifjaya.co.id, SUBANG – The Narcotics Investigation Unit of the Polres of Subang seized 111 bottles of alcohol of various brands in Ciater District. The raid was conducted on Monday, October 12, 2026, as part of Operation Antik Lodaya 2026.

The operation targeted the distribution of illegal alcohol, which has the potential to trigger public order disturbances. All seized items were subsequently secured at the Polres of Subang Headquarters for further processing.

The raid was led personally by the Head of the Polres of Subang Narcotics Investigation Unit, Iptu Pictor Hasudungan Sitorus. He and his team combed through two locations suspected of selling alcohol without a license.

“This operation is part of Antik Lodaya 2026, aimed at curbing public order disturbances. We seized 111 bottles of alcohol from two locations in Ciater,” said Iptu Pictor.

At the first location, officers seized 14 bottles of alcohol from a seller named Ujang Solihin. The haul included five bottles of ginseng wine, two of red wine, one AO, three Kawa-kawa, one Iceland, and two soju.

The yield from the second location was significantly larger. Officers seized 97 bottles of alcohol of various brands from Wendi April Yadi.

Dozens of brands were confiscated, ranging from AO, red wine, kolesom, Intisari, Atlas, Kawa-kawa, Black Caren, Joker, to Vodka. Also seized were white wine, Vodka McDonald, McDonald Orange, Captain Morgan, as well as various small and large-sized alcohol containers.

“The distribution of illegal alcohol can lead to social issues and health hazards—especially illicitly mixed alcohol (oplosan), which can cause poisoning or even death,” he emphasized.

The Polres of Subang stressed that the operation was not solely about enforcement actions. Monitoring of the distribution of alcoholic beverages will continue to be intensified to ensure community safety.

Through Operation Antik Lodaya, the police are also promoting public awareness and education. Residents are urged to refrain from consuming or illegally trading alcohol. (Bembo)
