progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is designing a digital system to make it easier for parents to digitally monitor the implementation of the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG). Through this system, the public, including parents, can monitor the MBG menu and the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG).

The Head of BGN, Sudaryono, stated during a press conference on Monday, July 27, 2026, that with this digital system, parents can access all MBG components. This includes information about their child’s school, the school’s MBG menu, the kitchen where the menu is prepared, and the head of the SPPG.

“So, relevant parties or stakeholders can access this information, including the nutritional content of the menu,” said Sudaryono.

He explained, that parents can log in to the system by entering their child’s National Identification Number (NIK). This verification step is implemented because the information provided concerns students’ personal data.

Not only that. Sudaryono also mentioned, that this system can be accessed by schools and related agencies, such as the Department of Education and the Department of Health.

“For example, parents can log in to the system and enter their child’s NIK. From there, it will show where their child attends school, what the day’s meal is, what it contains, where the food was prepared, and who the head of the SPPG is. This can be accessed by parents, teachers, and the principal,” Sudaryono explained.

This digital system also makes it very easy for all parties to access information related to the implementation of the MBG program. Sudaryono targets, that this system will be publicly available soon, no later than next week or two.

“We are currently preparing a scheme or system. We will announce it later. In Syaa Allah, maybe next week or so. At the latest, we will try to have it accessible in two weeks or next week,” he concluded.
