progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Kapolda Metro Jaya, Komjen Pol Asep Edi Suheri, led the handover ceremony for 22 mid-level officers (pamen) within the Polda Metro Jaya.
The handover ceremony was held at the Precision Field of the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate on Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

This handover ceremony was a follow-up to the Kapolri’s decision regarding the dismissal and appointment of officers within the Polri. The 22 officials participating in the handover ceremony included the Director of Traffic, Director of Vital Object Security, Director of Community Development, Director of Tahti, Head of the Propam Division, Head of the Medical and Health Division, Head of the Polri Service, Head of Operations, Head of Human Resources, the Kapolres Metro of West Jakarta, Kapolres Metro of Bekasi City, Kapolres Metro of Depok, and Kapolres of the Tanjung Priok Port.

In his address, Kapolda Asep Edi Suheri expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the former officers for their dedication, loyalty, and devotion during their time at the Polda Metro Jaya. He also conveyed a message to the new officers.

“To the new officers, welcome and congratulations on your assignment at the Polda Metro Jaya. I am confident that with your experience, you can continue and enhance the achievements you have already achieved. Build synergy, maintain solidarity, and provide the best possible service to the community,” explained Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’.

He also urged all personnel to always prioritize humane service in carrying out their duties. He also emphasized the need for all personnel to always be present among the community.

“Never hurt the community’s feelings. Be a police officer whose presence always provides benefits. Provide a sense of security and provide solutions to every problem faced by the community,” said Kapolda Kang Asep ‘Sniper’ in his message.
