progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – Dewa United FC’s new Brazilian winger, Carlos Lury, has set his sights high with the “Banten Warriors.” He is determined to lead Dewa United FC to their first-ever championship trophy this season.
“I enjoy new challenges, and Dewa United FC offers exactly that. Furthermore, the Indonesian league is highly competitive, which is excellent for my career development,” said Carlos.
Last season, the 1.76-meter-tall player delivered impressive performances for the Thai League club Chiangrai United. During his time in Thailand, Carlos recorded 11 goals and 12 assists in 50 appearances.
This strong track record is expected to add a new dimension to the attacking scheme of the team’s 3-5-2 formation under head coach Osmar Loss. Carlos is also expected to provide precise deliveries for Dewa United FC’s forwards to convert into goals.
Carlos Lury is Dewa United’s third foreign signing so far. The club had previously signed former South Korea U-23 national team player Ko Myeong-Seok and Brazilian forward Denilson Junior. The 2026/2027 Super League season is scheduled to kick off on September 4, 2026.
