Alleged 2019 PTSL Land Mafia in Bojonggede, Polda Metro Subdit Harda Searches Bogor Regency Land Office

Investigators from the Property and Land Crimes Sub-directorate of the Polda Metro Jaya search the Bogor Regency Land Office.
progresifjaya.co.id, BOGOR – The Bogor Regency Land Office was searched by investigators from the Property Crimes Sub-directorate (Subdit Harda) of the Polda Metro Jaya’s General Criminal Investigation Directorate. This action was taken in connection with an investigation into an alleged land mafia scheme involving the 2019 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Bojonggede District.
Polda Metro Jaya Head of Public Relations, Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto explained, that searches were conducted at three locations, one of which was the Bogor Regency Land Office.
“The searches at these three locations are related to the investigation into an alleged land mafia case concerning the 2019 PTSL program in Bojonggede District,” Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto told the media on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
In addition to the Bogor Regency Land Office, investigators also conducted searches in Cibinong and Bojonggede Districts.
Separately, the Head of the Harda Sub-directorate, AKBP DK Zendrato stated, that a number of pieces of evidence were seized during the searches, including various documents and electronic devices.
“The evidence we secured includes physical documents, electronic documents, typewriters, computers, and other items,” said AKBP Zendrato.
He stated, that the searches aimed to uncover evidence for the investigation into alleged fraud within the 2019 PTSL program. The investigation has been ongoing since December 2025 and allegedly involves multiple parties.
“It should be noted that this investigation is part of the 2026 land mafia operation target. Those involved include individuals from the adjudication team, the PTSL committee, community working groups (pokmas) at the urban village or village level, and even individuals from the National Land Agency (BPN) itself,” explained AKBP Zendrato.
Throughout the course of this investigation, investigators from the Harda Sub-directorate have questioned dozens of witnesses.
“Our investigation has been ongoing since December 2025, and we have questioned nearly 50 people,” he explained.
AKBP Zendrato stated, that the alleged document forgery occurred during the registration for the PTSL program in Bojonggede. The land certificates obtained using those forged documents have since been revoked.
“To be specific, the forgery took place during the registration process. Consequently, several PTSL certificates have been cancelled. Documents were forged during the registration, verification, or adjudication stages of the PTSL process,” he said.
The alleged criminal activity took place in Bojonggede District. It is noted that in 2019, Bojonggede District issued 10.000 land certificates under the PTSL program.
“Regarding the locus delicti (scene of the crime), we are focusing on Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency. While the 2019 PTSL program involved 10.000 certificates, we are currently focusing on 52 of them. We will expand the investigation to cover the rest,” said AKBP Zendrato. (Bembo)
