progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Polda Metro Jaya announced that the results of the exhumation of Sutrimo’s body will be released tomorrow, Wednesday, September 30, 2026. This announcement also marks the conclusion of the forensic expert team’s work regarding the exhumation.

“It has been conveyed; a press conference is scheduled for tomorrow,” said the Head of Public Relations for the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Bhudi Hermanto, in the Gelora Bung Karno area, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

Sutrimo’s family will also attend the press conference. Kombes Po Bhudi stated, that invitations had already been sent to the family.

“The family has been invited. So, we will await the results together,” he said.

As previously reported, the Polda Metro Jaya, together with a team of forensic doctors, conducted an exhumation of Sutrimo’s body in Wlahar Village, Wangon District, Banyumas Regency, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The exhumation process lasted approximately three and a half hours, from 09:30 to 13:00 WIB.

Forensic doctors also provided information regarding the condition of Sutrimo, who died with foam coming from his mouth and nose. Police also took swab samples from Sutrimo’s remains during the exhumation process.

“Indeed, according to the information we received, foam was discharging from Sutrimo’s nose and mouth at the time of his death. However, by the time we performed the exhumation, it was no longer present,” said the Head of the Forensic Doctor Team, Prof. Yudi, during a press conference.

“Nevertheless, we still attempted to take samples—specifically by swabbing—for laboratory analysis to see if any traces of those substances remained,” he added.

Sutrimo was found unconscious on Thursday, September 23, 2026. The victim was subsequently transported by ambulance to Muhammadiyah Taman Puring Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. (Bembo)
