progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – An indecent act behind a rail wall near Jatinegara Station, East Jakarta, went viral on social media on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The act was captured on camera by a commuter train passenger as they traveled from Bekasi to Jatinegara. Due to the viral indecent act, the Polsek of Jatinegara have now stepped in to investigate.

The viral video upload explains that the indecent act occurred at 11:30 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time). It also explains that the location of the indecent act was poorly lit.

Kapolsek of Jatinegara, Kompol Samsono stated in a statement, that after learning about the viral video, his team would immediately coordinate with KAI to prevent a recurrence.

“We will coordinate with KAI later,” he said briefly.
