Polda of East Kalimantan Ditresnarkoba Arrests Head of Polres of Kutai Kartanegara Narcotics Unit

Head of the Narcotics Unit Polres of Kutai Kartanegara, AKP Yohanes Bonar Adiguna, was arrested by the Polda of East Kalimantan Ditresnarkoba on suspicion of involvement in a narcotics case.
progresifjaya.co.id, KUTAI KARTANEGARA – The Polda of East Kalimantan Narcotics Directorate (Ditresnarkoba) has arrested the Head of Polres of Kutai Kartanegara Narcotics Unit, AKP Yohanes Bonar Adiguna, on suspicion of involvement in a narcotics case. This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Polda of East Kalimantan, Kombes Pol Yuliyanto.
However, he admitted that he could not provide further details as the case has not been released and is still under investigation.
“That’s right,” said Kombes Pol Yuliyanto, Friday, May 15, 2026.
An officer familiar with the case stated that AKP Yohanes was arrested in early May 2026. On May 2, 2026, AKP Yohanes was detained at the Detention and Custody Unit (Tahti) of the Polda of East Kalimantan for his alleged involvement in a narcotics case.
AKP Yohanes is a graduate of the Anindya Yodha Battalion Police Academy (Akpol) in 2015. He has only been serving as Head of the Narcotics Unit of the Polres of Kutai Kartanegara since December 2025. Previously, he served as Chief of the Polsek of Sungai Kunjang, Samarinda.
The Director of Narcotics Investigation at the Polda of East Kalimantan, Kombes Pol Romylus Tamtelahitu, and the Kapores of the Kutai Kartanegara, AKBP Khairul Basyar, have remained silent when the media attempted to confirm the case involving AKP Yohanes.
