This activity aimed to strengthen collaboration in maintaining public order and security in Jakarta.
The Kamtibmas Belt is an integrated security system initiated by the Polri to strengthen collaboration and synergy between security forces, local governments, and various elements of society. This program serves as a symbol of unity and protection to maintain stability and order in the community.
The Head of Operations Bureau (Karoops) for the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol I Ketut Gede Wijatmika, representing the Kapolda Metro Jaya, expressed his appreciation to all members of the Kamtibmas Belt who attended. He described this activity as a forum for fostering camaraderie between the police and the community.
“On behalf of the Kapolda Metro Jaya, i would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all members of the Kamtibmas who attended. Your presence is an honor for us, the Polda Metro Jaya family,” he said.

He further emphasized, that the spirit of “Jaga Jakarta” (Jakarta Guard) is not solely the responsibility of the police. He stated that Jakarta’s security requires the support and concern of the community.
“Safeguarding Jakarta must be done together. The police cannot work alone without the support of the community. Therefore, gatherings like this are important to strengthen collaboration and mutual respect,” he said. In this activity, the Polda Metro Jaya involved several work units, including the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus), the Narcotics Investigation Directorate (Ditresnarkoba), the Cyber Crime Directorate (Ditressiber), the General Crimes Directorate (Ditreskrimum), and the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas). The involvement of these work units is part of an effort to strengthen communication, guidance, and ongoing coordination with the Kamtibmas Belt.
A representative from the Kamtibmas Belt and a Maxim Condet driver expressed his gratitude to the Kapolda Metro Jaya and his staff. He appreciated the attention and concern shown by the Polda Metro Jaya to the drivers.
