Polda Metro Harvest 3.000 Eggs in Muaragembong, Supplying Two SPPG in Polres Metro Bekasi Precinct

The Polda Metro Jaya harvested 3.000 eggs from a chicken farm in the Tambak Kampung Bagedor area, Muara Gembong, Bekasi Regency.
progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Polda Metro Jaya harvested 3.000 eggs from a chicken farm in the Tambak Kampung Bagedor area, Muara Gembong, Bekasi Regency. The harvested eggs were distributed directly to the Nutrition Service Post (SPPG).
The harvest took place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The eggs harvested were the result of four days of production at the chicken farm.
Middle Police Auditor Level III Regional Supervisory Inspectorate (Itwasda) of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ardanto Nugroho stated, that this activity is part of the Polda Metro Jaya’s support for food security.
“This egg harvest is part of our efforts to support the availability of nutritious food, especially protein sources for the community,” said Kombes Pol Ardanto.
He explained, that the 3.000 eggs were distributed directly to two SPPG posts within the Polres Metro of Bekasi Precinct jurisdiction. The two locations are the Cibatu Food Production Center (SPPG) and the Jaya Mukti Food Production Center (SPPG).
“We distribute the harvest directly to the SPPG to support the need for nutritious food and ensure targeted benefits,” he said.
The chicken farm at the location covers approximately 1.000 square meters. Currently, the farm houses 1.000 laying hens with a daily productivity of around 80 percent.
In addition to the chicken farm, the Muara Gembong food area also has a 49-hectare pond for cultivating tilapia, milkfish, tilapia, and tiger prawns. The area also features a goat farm, currently raising 50 goats.
Kombes Pol Ardanto hopes, that this integrated food management can continue to support the sustainable supply of healthy and nutritious food.
“Through integrated management, we hope to maintain a steady supply of raw materials for healthy and nutritious food,” he said.
