progresifjaya.co.id, JAKARTA – The Directorate of Certain Crimes (Dittipidter) of the Polri’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) continues to investigate alleged violations involving PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa (MMS) in the export of fatty matter, a by-product or residue from crude palm oil (CPO) processing.

As part of the MMS investigation into alleged manipulation of palm oil export data (under invoicing), investigators conducted searches, confiscated documents, and inspected dozens of containers at Tanjung Priok Port, North Jakarta.

Sub-Directorate I of the Bareskrim Polri conducted this investigation on Thursday, June 25, 2026. This investigation was carried out based on Police Report No. LP/A/54/IV/2026/SPKT.DITTIPIDTER/BARESKRIM POLRI dated April 13, 2026.

The investigation took place at Terminal NPCT 1, Tanjung Priok Port, Jalan Terminal Kalibaru Raya, Lot B No. 1, Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta.

During this investigation, investigators also coordinated with Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise and Tangerang Customs and Excise to obtain data needed for the investigation.

The Head of Sub-Directorate I of the Dittipidter Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Pol Setyo K. Heriyatno stated, that coordination with relevant agencies was carried out to ensure the conformity of export documents with goods that would or had been shipped abroad.

“Investigators are coordinating with Customs and Excise to obtain the necessary data for the investigation and to inspect containers related to the case at hand,” said Kombes Pol Setyo.

In addition to document inspections, investigators also inspected 87 containers belonging to PT MMS located at Terminal NPCT 1 of Tanjung Priok Port.

The inspections were conducted to match the export data held by investigators with customs documents and the condition of the goods on site.

According to Kombes Pol Setyo, this step is part of the effort to prove alleged violations in export activities, which investigators are currently investigating.

“Physical inspections of the containers are conducted to ensure the conformity between the export documents and the goods under investigation,” he said.

During this operation, investigators secured several documents suspected of being related to the company’s export activities.

A total of 300 export documents, including Export Notifications (PEB) for fatty matter commodities, were secured for investigation purposes.

These documents relate not only to PT MMS but also to companies suspected of being affiliated with the export activities of these commodities.

Kombes Pol Setyo explained, that all the secured documents will be further analyzed to uncover the series of export activities at the heart of the case.

“The documents we have secured will be further examined and analyzed for evidentiary purposes and to complete the case file,” he explained.

The Bareskrim Polri also emphasized that the investigation is ongoing. It is possible that further developments will be made regarding other parties suspected of involvement. Investigators are currently reviewing all documents, customs data, and container inspection results to fully uncover the alleged export violations.
